Pre-Order FAQ

What is a pre-order?

A pre-order allows you to purchase an item before it is officially in stock. Pre-orders give you a chance to lock in your preferred design / style before it is available to a broader market. It also helps help us see what colors and cuts are the most popular so we can re-stock those items sooner. 

When will my order ship?

Pre-order items are expected to ship May / June.

Shipping timelines are estimates and may shift slightly due to production or transit delays. If anything changes, we’ll communicate promptly.

When do pre-orders close?

Pre-orders close on April 15, but if there is any remaining inventory it will be available for regular order in May / June. Items that sell out during pre-orders will be re-stocked by the end of the summer.

How will I receive updates?

We’ll share updates via:
  • Email (using the address provided at checkout)
You can expect:
  • A confirmation email after ordering
  • At least one production update
  • A shipping notification when your order is on the way
Please make sure your email address is correct at checkout.

When will I be charged?

Your payment method will be charged when your order ships, not when you place the pre-order.

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been processed and charged.

Can I cancel my pre-order?

Yes.
You may cancel your pre-order at any time before your order ships for a full refund. To cancel your pre-order, please email us at support@seemeswimwear.com

Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be canceled and will follow our standard return policy.

Can I change my shipping address?

Yes—address changes are allowed up until your order ships

To update your address, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, we’re unable to make changes.

Can I combine multiple pre-orders into one shipment?

At this time, orders cannot be combined.
Each pre-order is processed separately and will ship as its own order.

What if my size doesn’t fit?

We want you to love your suit. If your item doesn’t fit:
  • You may return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned with tags and hygiene liners intact
Exchanges are subject to availability. If your preferred size is unavailable, a refund or store credit will be issued according to our return policy.

What is your return and exchange policy?

Pre-order items follow the same return and exchange policy as in-stock items.
  • Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • Final sale items are not eligible for return

What is your shipping policy?

  • We currently ship within the United States
  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout
  • Pre-order items ship according to the estimated timeline listed on the product page
