Refund policy

We want you to feel confident shopping with See Me Swimwear. If something isn’t right, here’s how returns work.

Returns

  • We accept returns within 30 days of delivery
  • Items must be:
    • Unworn
    • Unwashed
    • In original condition
    • With all tags and hygiene liners fully intact
  • Returns that do not meet these requirements will not be accepted

For hygiene reasons, we reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear, washing, damage, or removal of hygiene protection.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items marked Final Sale
  • Gift cards
  • Worn, washed, or altered items
  • Items returned without original tags or hygiene liners

Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for refunds to appear after processing

Exchange Policy

If you need a different size or color:

  • Exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery
  • Items must meet the same return conditions (unworn, tags & hygiene liner intact)
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability
  • If the requested exchange is unavailable, a refund or store credit will be issued

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was defective or incorrect.
